I have to admit that I am pretty disappointed with the salaries of the Cisco employees I have worked with. I have been in the security industry for over 4 years and have worked for a couple of different companies. I have worked in the IT area for almost 6 years and I have seen a lot of pay increases. So I guess I am a little disappointed in this one too.

To be fair to the Cisco employees, they have been getting raises over the past year and a half. The average salary has been increasing at about 3%. So the pay for the employees has been increasing, but those employees haven’t increased their total compensation at all. Granted, the pay increases are not quite as great as the average, but the increases are still substantial.

I would say the highest pay is for a team of 8 or 9, but there is a pretty significant change in salary level over the past 6 years. That’s a large change in the pay you’ll pay in a year. If you compare the salaries at work then you’ll probably see the increase in salary in a year. On a per capita basis, companies tend to have more people working in their company than at home.

Salary is one of the three major ranking factors in Google. So if you want your website to rank high in search, you will almost certainly need links. Google (and other search engines) look at links from other sites as “votes.” These votes help them identify which page on a given topic (out of thousands of similar ones) deserves to be ranking at the very top of the search results.
