While I’m not a fan of the word “exercise”, I do believe you should do some physical activity when you can. I always believe exercise should be part of the daily routine. It makes a person more effective, and it can be a great way to keep that healthy body you’ve worked so hard to lose.
I don’t care about how it’s used as a marketing tactic. I just care about you doing something that feels good for you. No one cares if you’re exercising or not. I care that you are doing something. It doesn’t matter if it’s the same kind of physical activity as you used to do. It matters that you are doing something that you enjoy doing.
I agree! I guess my point is, it’s not about whether or not you should go to the gym on Monday morning. It’s more about what you’re doing every day. For some people, when theyve been doing a whole lot of cardio for a long time, they feel like they know how to do it. For others, they dont know.
Fitness is a skill you can cultivate, but you have to be able to do it consistently for it to be useful. As you get fitter, you can do more cardio, and more strength training. You can work out in your sleep for a few hours and have a great workout. It does make a big difference when you have a regular exercise routine, but that doesn’t mean you need to.
My personal challenge with cardio and strength training is that its not really that hard. I do it 3+ times a week, for about 4 hours a session, and get a lot of enjoyment out of it. However, for some people, like those who are trying to build muscle mass, it really isn’t worth it because they keep making the same mistakes. In most cases, you do have to make adjustments to your exercise routine that you have to do to improve your fitness.
The fact is most people who are trying to build muscle have a problem with the way they do cardio. They may have a form of high-calorie cardio that they don’t like, but that’s not uncommon. As for strength training, most people have a different problem with the way they do it. They may have a problem with how they lift weights, but that’s just a general problem with them.
But for the most part, you have to make adjustments to your exercise routine if you want to build muscle. Most people dont really have a problem with the way they do cardio, they just have a problem with the way they do it.
So the problem with most people is when they dont really know where to start. They just start at the end of the day and never think about how much they need to work out. Then they end up like me. I got tired of eating candy bars, chips, and cookies all day long, and decided to start eating a meal with all the junk food I had stuck in my stomach. I was pretty good at it, but I had to make some adjustments the next day.
Most of the time it’s better to start early and work your way up. Even if you don’t realize what you’re doing, work up to the point where you can eat a meal with all the junk food you’ve got stuck in your stomach. If that point is reached, then it’s time to start working with your diet. When you start eating like this, you might find that you don’t feel hungry anymore. Then you might decide to eat healthier.
I used to be a vegetarian, but I know it can be hard to stay that way. I really wanted to cut back on meat, but found it difficult to do so. I found that I felt more energized by eating a variety of foods with a little protein in each. I also used to feel bloated after eating a lot of carbs, so I found that eating a diet of mostly vegetables and lean proteins gave me far less gas than eating a lot of carbs.
