It can be difficult to sift through all that info and make decisions. That is where my health pantry idea comes in. My health pantry is a list of things I eat to stay healthy.
A health pantry is one of those things that you can just grab on your kitchen table and get started making healthier food choices. I think this is a great way to start because you are likely to find yourself with a lot of food choices to make. You are going to want to eat certain foods in certain amounts and not have them together. This is great because you can pick out your favorite foods and limit other things you may buy.
