Work is my family, and I love my jobs, so I’m pretty sure that’s not a contradiction. But here is a question: If you were a parent and you were applying for a job, would you tell people about you and your family? Or would you just tell them that you’re looking for a job? My answer is clearly “The second” because my friends in my family are not applying for jobs.
It seems the answer is that you would tell even your friends, because the second option doesn’t help you. That means that no matter how hard you try you would only get rejected if the company sees that you have a family. This creates a lot of problems. It’s possible to build a good resume and a good interview experience while having a family. But the problem is that if you want to build a good resume that would come from a working family, you are going to be rejected.
What happens if you get into a bad situation? You have to turn to your family to get your life back on track. But your family members are going to be working and have to pay for it. Or you would be in a situation where you have to take care of a sick child or a sick parent.
Just because you don’t give a damn about your family doesn’t mean that you should be allowed to have a bad job or a bad father. But the funny thing is that you don’t have to pay for the family work at all. Because you have a family. The problem is that there is no family. You can’t just give the same money to a different family.
The other thing is that there is very little social support for these people. Most families with young children or sick family members just dont keep up with their own kids and sick parents. And you have to pay for that too. You have to pay for the kid’s vaccines and the sick parent’s hospital bills. And you have to pay for the kid’s doctor visits, college, etc. And if you don’t take care of the kid or the sick parent, then you can be fired.
People of all types have been through the system. We all have been through all the ups and downs of life, every single one of us is affected. That’s why this is so important. We need to remember that people have lost some of their sense of control over their lives. It’s hard to find anyone who isn’t able to hold back on their own.
So, I’m not a proponent of having a professional relationship with people. If someone is out there and I’m on the phone and they have no relationship with me, I may have to call them, or go to a mediation company and they will tell me what they understand about me. Otherwise I will have to call them, and they will take my call and say they want to talk to me and tell me that I need to go to the hospital.
This is a good one. I have not really thought that anyone should be a professional relationship with another person. But my husband is a professional relationship. If he sees I need to get my hair cut, he will go to the salon, buy me the hair cut, and then come back and get me the hair cut. I can get the haircut and then come back to him. I can walk in the house and he can tell me he has not gotten the haircut yet.
