Sometimes you just don’t know whether these applicants are really the right people for the job. You can’t always tell by looking what type of work they actually do, or even if they are qualified. This is why you need to be sure they’re the right people for the job by asking the following questions before you give them the green light.
First of all, always ask about their personality and strengths; this helps you to be sure they are the right people for the job. Also, make sure they know what youre working in case the interview goes well. You need to know what you want to be doing, so you can ask about the work that you have to work on and how you can best do it.
