If meditation has taught me anything, it’s that there are a lot of aspects of life that we can control and that with these control, we can actually make the most of any situation or situation.
When I was in college, my teacher, my professor, and I were going to have a seminar on mindfulness, and she said, “You don’t need to be meditating. You can do this.” And she was right. The moment she said, “That’s not my case. I’m only doing it because I want to help others. I’m doing it because I need the support of others to do what I want to do.
The point that most people make when they think about mindfulness is that it is part of the human experience, and there’s no escape from that experience. It is really only a means to an end.

The whole point is that mindfulness is about your being there, and it is a little bit of an excuse to be a little bit lazy.

So one of the things that mindfulness is about is being present in the moment. Being present in the moment is what mindfulness is about. It isn’t about being more meditative or anything like that. It is really about being present in the moment.
A great way to become more mindful is to take your mind off of your thoughts and just be present in the present moment. I love the idea of getting into a meditation bubble, where you are somewhere else. When you come out of a meditation bubble and think about your thoughts you will feel the effects of your meditation, but you wont be aware of them. A good way to practice mindfulness is to just be present in the moment. Try to be present in the moment.
Mindfulness is a way of being. Not just about being present in the moment. Mindfulness is a way of being in the present moment. You can think about what you’re thinking, but if there’s no one there to answer, you aren’t mindful. By letting your mind wander you are practicing mindfulness.
Your body and mind are intertwined, so if you feel you dont feel the same thing, or know you dont feel the same thing, then you wont be aware. Mindfulness is a way of feeling.
