I recently read the book, Strategy and Results by David Allen, a professor at Duke University. The book has some great strategies for creating a strategy that matches your goals and helps you get the job you want.

In this book, Allen also recommends that you do strategic planning for all of your job descriptions. For example, if you have a job that involves being a customer service specialist, you should have a plan for how to deal with angry customers when they arrive. Similarly, if you are a salesperson, you should have a plan for how to convince clients you’re the best person for the job.

Allen’s recommendations are good ones. A great example of a job that can benefit from strategic planning is the sales manager. The job description says you should have a plan for how to persuade clients to buy from you. However, it’s not clear what the plan should be. Should you ask for a second opinion from someone who understands business and sales, or should you just try to sell yourself to clients as much as possible? It’s a tough one to answer because there’s no right answer.

The problem with strategic planning is that it can’t be done. It’s a bunch of crazy things, like you need to decide if you need to sell your house next time you come in to a big transaction. So when you ask for a first opinion, it doesn’t mean you have to answer for yourself. So if you have an opinion about how you can convince clients to buy from you, you can ask for another one.

We can have an opinion about a strategic plan or a tactical plan, but it doesnt mean that you have to answer for yourself. So if you’ve been asked to make a strategic plan, you can ask for another one.

I think there is a lot of confusion about the difference between a strategic plan and a tactical plan. It is a little confusing because many people think that a tactical plan is what you make up when you are in the middle of a big deal. You could be asked to make a strategic plan, and you could then make tactical plans, and then you could make a tactical plan and then make a strategic plan. It isnt quite like that.

This is the process of creating a strategic plan. A tactical plan consists of the actions you would take in order to achieve your goal. A strategic plan creates the order in which you choose to implement your actions. For example, if you go to a meeting and plan to leave at 7:00 and arrive at 7:30, and then you change your mind and stay until 9:30 and arrive at 10:00, that is a tactical plan.

Strategic planning is a bit more complicated than tactical planning because tactical plans are created for a specific target and tactical plans are created for a range of targets. It can be difficult to separate them. As a matter of fact, it’s not even entirely clear that a tactical plan should be. It could be that you need to go to one meeting, plan to be there, and then change your mind at another meeting three days later and stay until another meeting two days later.

What I’m suggesting is that you don’t just create a tactical plan for a target and then go look at it on autopilot. You need to go look at it on autopilot and if you want to make a tactical plan, it needs to be done.

I think this is partly true. If you are the boss and you say you are going to do something, you need to do it. If you are going to do something and you are not really sure about what you should do it, you need to be able to say, “I think I’ll do this. I think I’ll do this.
